Shipping Policy
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. (if a product has a longer processing time it will be noted in the products description)
Please note at times we may be experiencing higher order volumes and shipments may be delayed. We will do our best to ensure these delays are kept to a minimum. If shipment delays are expected to be significant we will post an update on our website and social media.

Delivery times are based on the shipment option selected. Please note delivery delays can occur and are out of our control once your order leave our shop.
Shipment Confirmation:
You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking number to become active.
Customs, Duties & Taxes:
We are not responsible for any additional customs charges or fees. Customs changes and fees are the solo responsibility of the purchaser.
Please contact your local postal or customs office for more information.
If customs fees and changes are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs.

Blue Clover Candle Co. is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit.
